1. Reservation Policy: Reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance to ensure vehicle availability.
2. Driver Requirements: All drivers must hold a valid driver’s license and meet minimum age requirements (21). Additional fees may apply for drivers under 25 years old.
3. Insurance Coverage: Customers must provide proof of insurance (Liability Coverage is a must). If you do not hold insurance currently, you may go to our Turo Rentals Page to book.
4. Payment: Payment is due at the time of reservation or vehicle pickup. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and cash deposits.
5. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation start time may incur a cancellation fee.
6. Vehicle Return: Vehicles must be returned at the agreed-upon time and location. Late returns may result in additional charges.
7. Fuel Policy: Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of pickup.
8. Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for mileage overages, additional drivers, and optional equipment. By renting a vehicle from 107 Car Rentals LLC, customers agree to adhere to these rental policies.
